I loaded one of my cameras with a new roll of film. I think I broke the first one from some time ago, so I’m starting new. I did buy a new camera online and I can’t wait til it comes! I have to click through this whole film so I can develop the pictures, snapping away this weekend :)
But the whole idea behind this post was to share some photo love. I took these pictures last year, mostly during the Summer. They’re as close to looking like film shots, thanks to good’ol Photoshop … longing to post the real thing soon ;) (also longing for Summer!!!)

New from the closet

I got a few items over the weekend that I wanted to share. I bought a new dress, I’m slightly obsessed with the pattern and cannot wait to wear it. I also got a new belt and two pairs of Mary Janes from UO.

HC updates – goodies goodies and more goodies

I feel like I’ve just had the craziest and busiest week ever. We’re really swamped at work and that’s good, not bad. However, tiring for sure.
I took these pictures this past weekend but had no time to get them up, sorry! I’m posting now, some goodies from my closet :) First— is an amazing bag by Billabong from Carol @ TC!!! I couldn’t love it more, this will be my go-to bag for everything this Summer. It’s pretty large so it can serve as an overnight bag, too. I’m all for versatility ;) and that it’s totally boho too -yay!
I did take a trip down to Macy’s and couldn’t find anything I liked … except! — this cute makeup bag from Fossil. I already stuffed my makeup essentials in it, I fell for this print, isn’t it adorable? I’m a huuuge fan of Fossil bags / wallets / you name it. If I could buy it all, I would.
And lastly … I’ve had dreams about these shoes from H&M – I’ve seen them months ago when they first came out, in the leopard print as well. I saw them, they were my size so I got them. Cute and comfy, and I love the wedge. Summer needs to come now so I can rock’em ;)
So that’s my HC update– I forgot to take pictures of some other things so I might share those later on… I’m just really looking forward to the weekend — excited to see I Am Number Four!!!
Little weekend shopping

Happy Sunday, can you believe it – it’s snowing again! But yesterday was sunny and warm-ish, I hanged with my mom and grandma all day. We went to IMAX and I finally watched a movie in 3D … can you believe that! I was actually pleasantly surprised :) after that, we hit the mall and looo and behold — I shopped!
I didn’t get all these items yesterday, they kind of collected these past couple weeks. So I figured I would just show everything at once. My sister still has my D60 so these pictures were taken with my little Nikon :)
1) This dress from Forever 21, I just can’t wait to wear it. 2) Brownish dress from H&M, I love that fabric. 3) I’ve had my eye on this sweater since I saw it last month… yay patches! 4) Plain black “silky” top from Target, picture doesn’t do justice :/ 5) not new, blue Volcom pants I’m gonna wear on Friday to the ROBYN concert!!!!!
Last week I finally got the maxi skirt I wanted, I splurged on this Pendleton/navajo print sweater – it’s sooo comfy!
Holy crap do I look tall in that! :)
The day is still young and I have a couple DIY-ish things I want to get out of the way to post this week, see ya!

It’s Friday!!!!! I’m so soo happy the week has come to an end! It’s been suuper busy for me, whoa!
Today I’m starting off with sharing something new from my closet. I got this ridiculously pretty lace vest from Charlotte Russe earlier this week. Best.buy.ever. I can’t wait for Summer so I can rock this on top of everything I own. So pretty and effortless

I hardly ever take advantage of online sales, unless I already scoped something out earlier and been dying to get it — this is not the case! Love Anthropologie & Free People and adooooooore these little graphics (unlike someone else we might know.)
I figured some of you might catch these great deals while you still can – I’m trying to stay as far away from the mall as possible, that might not be the case depending when my computer is ready to pick up from being fixed. Feels like it’s been weeks since I dropped it off on Saturday (it was mayhem!)

On Saturday I payed a visit to my favorite thrift store. I came out with a few things that I really liked and that were worth the money I spent. They have really hiked up their prices and it’s a shame :/
Pictured below is a red knit sweater with cropped sleeves and a fancy leather and bead design on front. The design is what I fell for, it’s sooo pretty and bad ass at the same time! If I recall correctly this sweater was about $4
