I am on a roll with some closet pics this week! Today’s items feature some stripes, they seem to be the latest craze and my newest purchases from H&M — did I mention I love H&M? I do!
Wearing: Skintone/almost pink sweater and scarf from H&M – I looove the print and it all kind of matches. Striped top with pearl detailing I believe is from TJ Maxx (not quite sure) and funky pattern tights from Target.
Next up for HC — a little bohemian and one crazy print top from my grandma’s closet!
Back for more!!! This is the first Hazel’s Closet post of 2011 :)
I made a few small additions to my overflowing closet and made a couple outfit changes so look out for more pix during the week. The photos below show myself wearing a romper from H&M, a blazer from Target and yes … that is our giveaway necklace! You can enter up until January 16 so go on!!!
I’m crazy about the print on this romper and it was on sale! Yay :)
PS. I posted this on 1/11/11 at 11:11am :D WOW!
Today’s outfit consisted of randomly selected pieces of clothing, comfort all the way. I love my fringe boots :) I straightened my hair today, which is something I haven’t done in a while.
Please ignore the messy room, I never ever ever take pictures in a mess – I was running out the door to get to work! The quality isn’t the greatest either, my ISO was high so it’s grainy…
Now for the good stuff! I want to keep all of this to myself but it’s really hard to keep secret. I started test-running some prints to see how they turn out and I must say they look perfect. You may have seen these before in my round-up but now they’re better than before!
I’m drawing more ideas in my handy pad, here’s a little dreamcatcher done in Indigo Blue pencil … not sure where all these sketches will go or how they’ll end up … you have to wait and see this Spring!
I’m actually taking a little break from doodling to catch up on Pretty Little Liars :)
Putting together a round-up of pictures and stories for 2010 was really REALLY difficult. I’m still amazed I finished it in just a couple days. I gave myself a deadline and stuck to it, yay me!
So now I wanted to share with you some of the pictures that just didn’t make the final cut. On top of using old pictures taken throughout the whole year, I snapped a few new ones, hoping to maybe use them somehow — you can never be too prepared.
I staged a photoshoot for the cover, it turned out pretty good (the shot above is just a different angle) – some of the pictures below were taken last year (ahh) and a few are new. I’m crazy about some of my thrift treasures and fun DIYs so I had to share :)
It’s here, it’s here! Happy New Year’s Eve lovely readers! 2010 seems like it happened in a blink of an eye, it’s blowing my mind.
I’ve been hard at work on my Hazel’s Closet round-up and I’m surprised I finished it on time! This could have been worse but I tried keeping it short and sweet with a few little surprises tucked in at the end. Enjoy :)
I got this lovely box in the mail today, inside are amazing arrow earrings I saw the other day on Etsy and just had to have them! So tiny and cute :)
I’m working on a few DIY projects, hopefully to come in a few days!
I dressed (almost) in the dark today … now I feel like I was going horse riding haha
These boots were a complete waste of money, I think I got them on sale at Burlington Coat Factory. They’re rather big on the calf … really big, but they looked good today :)
On Saturday I payed a visit to my favorite thrift store. I came out with a few things that I really liked and that were worth the money I spent. They have really hiked up their prices and it’s a shame :/
Pictured below is a red knit sweater with cropped sleeves and a fancy leather and bead design on front. The design is what I fell for, it’s sooo pretty and bad ass at the same time! If I recall correctly this sweater was about $4
See more pictures of my thrift treasures under the cut!

Here’s a little sneak peek of what I got thriftin’ today – lots and lots of sequins!!! This is a gem :)
Posting more pix on Monday!
Why am I so excited about socks? I really don’t know, but I sure love these :)
