Labor Day peep

Happy Labor Day! It’s a lovely day off, I’ve had a crazy amount of inspiration all weekend and I’m so pumped to get to work. I’ll be listing new items on Etsy this week and I’m already thinking of phase two and three!

It’s going to be a short week – yay! And Renegade is next weekend so I cannot wait. I have something in my throat from yesterday’s shenanigans at Septemberfest, I’m going to nip this as fast as I can so no more sicky feelings. Weather went from 90 to 60 degrees! Crazies. Hello September!

It’s September already — my favorite month! Not only because it’s my birthday month but it’s also Craft Fair season! Yay!! Overall, an exciting month ahead. I’m almost done with all my necklaces and soon they’ll be going up in our shop, along with plenty of new bracelet styles. I’ve been a very busy bee, phew!

Now with that said, I can get back to DIYs and other crafty things. Brainstorming some fun posts for the upcoming weeks, lots to do and not a lot of time! I’m also working on a new layout, maybe few changes here and there. Keeping busy for sure! So Happy Thursday in September, the weekend is just a day away!

A quick sneak peek

Well hello there! I wanted to pop in for a little bit and share some quick peeks at what I’ve been working on — that is, working hard at creating new necklaces for this Fall. They are turning out magically but have taken up all of my spare time. I’m planning on having everything finished up before the weekend, and can’t wait to officially introduce them starting the first week of September!


I am very excited but there’s still looots more work to be done. I might be getting ahead of myself here… a good 78% done. With that said, it has been a verrry long and busy busy day at the office, I’m going to brainstorm some creative ideas and call it a day. More fun posts, fashion, and DIYs coming soon, promise!

This week will consist of major necklace production. I’m getting these babies ready to launch first week of September, just in time for fall. Along with the necklaces, there will be a whole lot of new bracelet styles going up. With that said, the Summer Sale is still on, I might extend it through the long Labor Day weekend (yay) – planning to attend the September fest and a craft show, double yay!

Saturday at the lake

I wanted to get this post up yesterday but it just got away from me. A little weekend pic spam, stayed with my sister downtown – steps from the lake, picked up some *free* rocks and watched some waves.

We finally had the chance to see Harry Potter in 3D and it was amazing, I got a little teary eyed. Now I must go back to Hogwarts sooooon, it was so much fun :)

In other news, yesterday was very unproductive. I got nothing done because I was hoping to sell some of my things. It did not work and was a huuuge waste of time – I refused getting ripped off and listed them online instead, so hopefully they’ll get a better home that way. Check out the Hazel’s Closet Shop and help me out!!! Today I will be working on new bracelets, I got some supplies in that I’m really excited about. Bye now!

Instaxin’

Planning to get a whole lot done this week, I’m off to a wonky start but nonetheless it’s looking good. Today I’m sharing a few Instax photos I took over the weekend, still playing around with the camera. I notice some weird writings especially on the first scan, there must be something imprinted on my scanner. No idea…




After work I must stop by the post office, and then I’ll be making *new* necklaces. I have this sparkly metallic blue paint that makes me all happy inside. I think it would make a nice statement piece. Figuring it out as I go so bare with me. Besides all that, you can still grab a free bracelet with the purchase of any necklace in the shop. Later!!

Sunday Lolita

Hello there, happy Sunday! Seems as the weekends are getting shorter and shorter. I really don’t want Summer to be over but at the same time I can’t wait to drink some hot chocolate… soon, I’m sure.

My Saturday was packed with moving a ton of stuff to my sister’s new apartment, just off Lake Shore Drive and steps away from Lake Michigan. I managed to squeeze in a nap with my doggy before it was time for more shopping (and not the good kind.) Back to school time! So glad that’s over for me haha

Anyway, I wanted to pop in and share one of my recent purchases, this frilly red polka dot dress. I loooove the red!! ;)

Weekend Instax update!

It is Monday, yet again. The weather is slowly cooling down, thanks to the rain. We’ll see what else August brings, I’m personally looking forward to September because it’s my birthday month, and generally it’s a good month, yay!

Finally took my Instax Mini for a spin. Loving it. Mind you, I’ve been living in these pink Roxy shorts since I got them for a steal couple weeks ago. I look way tan here :D

My agenda today is filled with not fun stuff. I have to get groceries and gasp— CLEAN! I also started a DIY on Saturday, halfway done so now I just have to finish the other half. Posting for Wednesday DIY :)
